By accessing or using RyskWeave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including API users and dashboard users.

2. Description of Service

RyskWeave provides an AI-powered insurance underwriting platform that:

  • Analyzes insurance risk data using artificial intelligence
  • Applies configurable underwriting rules
  • Generates underwriting decisions (approve, decline, or refer)
  • Calculates suggested premiums
  • Provides audit trails and reporting

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding the password used to access the Service
  • Any activities or actions under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • To transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • To scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
  • To impersonate any person or entity

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI-Generated Decisions

Important: RyskWeave uses artificial intelligence to assist with underwriting decisions. These decisions are:

  • Advisory only — not legally binding insurance offers
  • Subject to human review — final decisions should be made by qualified underwriters
  • Based on data provided — accuracy depends on input quality

You acknowledge that AI systems may produce errors and that you are responsible for reviewing and validating all decisions before taking action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RyskWeave and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice where possible)
  • Emergency repairs or updates
  • Factors beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RyskWeave shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
  • Any damages resulting from errors in AI-generated decisions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RyskWeave and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data upon request.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
